Overview
People and documents at each access level. A person's level is the highest they hold; a document's level is the source folder it was published to.
Documents by level
Every published document, grouped by the level that can read it. Move a document between levels from the Publish page (drop it in the matching level folder), then re-index.
People by level
Grouped by the level a person actually reads. Curators read every level regardless of any level group; admins who don't use the assistant aren't content readers. For a regular user, change the dropdown to move them to another level — it saves right away and reaches the assistant within one sign-in refresh. (Curator and admin membership are managed on Manage people.)
